Episode 4 Fighting B.A.C.K with Janice Wolk Grenadier: Making Criminals Out of Our Citizens

courtscriminals

When you step into the family court realm your life is now done… you walk in as a citizen and you walk out as a criminal, that is what our courts are doing, it is well designed… they are making criminals out of our own American citizens..” – Sandra Grazzini-Rucki

On this episode of Fighting B.A.C.K. Episode 4 , Janice Wolk Grenadier, of Alexandria, Virginia, shares her incredible story of surviving a divorce that almost took her life.

I am going to stand up and believe in the United States of America, and that the American people are going to stand behind me, and not behind the corruption...”   ~ Janice Wolk Grenadier (YouTube)

Janice has been fighting in court since 2007 against her ex-husband who is the son of a judge, and comes from a politically powerful and well-connected family. During divorce proceedings, Janice exposed information about her ex-husband that included revealing shocking details about corruption occurring in Virginia that, Janice says, “runs all the way up the chain of the federal government”. In an attempt to silence her, Janice claims her ex-husband attempted to murder her, and hired someone to set her up for crimes so that she would be declared incompetent and locked away in an institution. He failed but the attacks continued. Janice also says she became the target for a smear campaign and internet blogs were made in her name that included vulgar and harassing content (note: in researching this article, the Justice blog has found a sexually explicit picture quote that includes the full legal name of Janice Wolk Grenadier, and supports her statements that defamatory content was created about her and spread across the internet).

Janice is now exposing the truth about what has happened to her in family court, she says, “so this will not happen to anyone else”. Janice does this at great risk since she faces retaliation for speaking out, including being illegally jailed for 22 days with 14 days spent in solitary confinement. Janice is now working to create software that would allow litigants to rate judges and track the outcomes of cases, with search terms to include the legal arguments used, as well as the professionals involved in the case. Janice says the software will help track and monitor data that can then be used to create statistics that will hold judges accountable, and give a better idea of what is happening in courts across the country. Janice also spoke about Pro Se America and other advances she has made to the judicial/court reform movement.

Brian Kinter of the Judicial Accountability Movement (J.A.M.) also joins the discussion to share his thoughts on the corruption of the judiciary and the challenges parents involved in court proceedings face, including violations of their Constitutional rights by out-of-control judges.

Also included in this discussion is tips and insights from the trenches of family court by 3 parents – Sandra, Janice and Brian – who have lived to tell, against incredible odds against them.
