Listen Online:Fighting B.A.C.K. with Courageous Mother

Original Air Date: Monday, June 19, 2017

On this episode of Fighting B.A.C.K. with Sandra Grazzini-Rucki, courageous mother JF, shares her story of surviving an abusive relationship only to be battered through the family court system where she lost custody of her infant son to an abuser in a temporary order that continues to this day.

The State of Maryland later issued felony child abduction charges against JF for  efforts to protect her son after his father had bruised and battered him during a two day weekend stay. On May 24, 2017, after a three day jury trial, eight woman and four men briefly deliberated and returned a unanimous not guilty verdict. Despite this, the child has not been returned and remains in the custody of a dangerous abuser.

JF was the primary caregiver when she was forcibly separated from her son, age 15 months, due to an unjust court order that has denied any and all access for visitation for over 8 long months, and counting. Sadly, the fight for her child’s freedom, and safety, continues to be an unbelievable struggle in the Howard County Circuit Court, where a custody hearing will be held this August.

Tune in to Fighting B.A.C.K. to hear JF share her story.

Other topics discussed include: protecting children from abuse, family court failures and updates from Sandra on her story, and her case.

Tim Kinley of “Speechless Minnesota” on Grazzini-Rucki Case: “I have never, ever seen as much corruption in our courts…as I have in this case..”

Public Domain Image: http://allswalls.com. Edited by Justice Blog.

Tim Kinley, public access host of “Speechless Minnesota”, covering issues of family law reform, judicial accountability and all levels of politics in Minnesota says he was shut down from SCC Studio in White Bear Lake because of “politics” and “they didn’t want our message out there.” After 9 months, Kinley is back and stronger than ever!

During the 1st half of an episode of “Speechless” that originally aired on 3/8/2017, Kinley provides updates on the Grazzini-Rucki case.

Kinley says about the Grazzini-Rucki case,”This case, all together, not only with the civil side of the case to the criminal side of the case, is just unbelievable! I have never, ever seen as much corruption in our courts, so systemic, so obvious, so in your face, as I have in this case….this case enters into the most amount of legal issues that I’ve seen in any case, and it is so bad…”

Topics Discussed:

*Efforts to press for an investigation of the Grazzini-Rucki case in the Legislature

*Child support issues in the Grazzini-Rucki case

*Systemic judicial corruption existing at all levels of government in Minnesota and especially the judiciary, being exposed in the Grazzini-Rucki case

*Comparing judicial disciplinary actions in two similar cases in Minnesota and Nevada

“Speechless Minnesota” with Tim Kinley

Kinley says he has been petitioning the Legislature to do a case study, and go through this case “piece by piece” on the Grazzini-Rucki case “for the purpose only of understanding how a judge interprets their laws that they are writing.. and they will find out that a judge does whatever they want.”

Kinley argues that even if the law is changed a judge will continue to “do what they want” and they only remedy is increased judicial accountability.

To illustrate his point, Kinley compares the actions of Judge David L. Knutson and former Nevada judge, Conrad Hafen in two similar cases that were handled very differently in their respective states.

Judge David L. Knuston, is the family law judge appointed to the Grazzini-Rucki case. In September 2013, during the custody trial Sandra’s attorney, Michelle MacDonald, was found in contempt of court, and placed in handcuffed after taking a picture in the courtroom, which she had gotten permission to take.

While MacDonald was detained, Sandra was told that court was dismissed and then left the courthouse, taking the files with her. MacDonald was then ordered to continue with trial, while still in handcuffs and strapped to a wheelchair, without her client being present, without case files and without her glasses or shoes. MacDonald was finally released after spending more than 24 hours behind bars without being charged, booked or allowed a phone call. Lawyer Allegedly Tortured For Doing Her Job

Judge Knutson was never held accountable – federal lawsuits against him are dismissed under the guise of immunity, and The Board on Judicial Standards refuses to investigate (Knutson is now a member of the Board). In fact, Judge Knutson later filed a disciplinary complaint against Michelle MacDonald, who has been charged with making a false statement against a judge! Michelle MacDonald receives ‘minimal’ discipline

Kinley compares this incident to a case from Nevada involving disciplinary action taken against former family court judge Conrad Hafen, who has been barred for life from the court bench in Nevada as punishment for a series of courtroom confrontations, including ordering a defense attorney to be handcuffed when she wouldn’t stop arguing to keep a client out of jail. Hafen is also accused, in 3-4 separate incidents, of holding litigants in contempt of court but never making a record of that. Ex-judge banned from Nevada bench for handcuffing of lawyer

Kinley applauds the State of Nevada for “willing to expose” out of control judges, and for enforcing judicial accountability… the same cannot be said for Minnesota.

Annelise Rice, 19, Describes her Family Court Nightmare to Michael Volpe of CDN News

A younger Annelise Rice (YouTube). Quote: State v. Caroline Rice (https://familycourtinamerica.org/2011/12/20/carver-county-minnesota-caroline-rice/). Edited Justice Blog.

(Minnesota): “Dad’s so scary when he gets mad, steam comes out of his eyes…” these are the haunting words of Annelise Rice who, as a child, was taken from her her mother, the primary caregiver, and then placed into the care and custody of her abusive and largely absent father, Brent Rice, by an unjust family court order.

Caroline Rice, mother, was herself a victim of Brent’s rage, and suffered numerous beatings and emotional abuse at his hands – with much of the violence occurring in front of her five children. Courageously, Caroline sought a divorce after 16 years of violence and fought to keep her children safe by filing for a restraining order.

Restraining orders, however, do not apply to family court proceedings and in that arena, a new level of abuse would begin. The divorce was finalized in December 2004 but a permanent custody order was not issued until March 2006. In the custody order, the five Rice children were ordered to be split between Caroline and Brent Rice. Caroline would receive sole physical and legal custody of the two oldest children, and Brent would receive sole physical custody of the three youngest children which included Annelise (with joint legal split between the parties).

The custody evaluator’s report ignored the presence of domestic violence in the family, despite countless police reports and the issuance of a no-contact restraining order. The report also stated that the abuse “was not substantiated” and there was no proof that the children had witnessed any violence. Further, when making the recommendation to split custody of the children the report explained that “it would be difficult for either parent to be the sole physical custodian of five children given the demands of full time employment and attempting to meet the needs and schedules of numerous children.” The decision was made despite the fact that court records describe Caroline as the primary caregiver, and records also state that during most of the marriage she was a stay-at-home-mom. So it had been proven that Caroline was able meet the demands of caring for her five children. After the ruling Caroline filed for an appeal which was rejected.

To uproot and separate the children from their mother and siblings, and from the only home they have ever known caused significant trauma that would later fuel a lawsuit Annelise would file as an adult.

At 19 years old, Annelise is legally recognized as an adult, and would no longer be silenced or controlled by the family court and its players. All the tears she has shed would seep into the ink of the pen she held in her hand, as she clawed her voice out of a hole of imposed silence to put the words to the paper that would become a deprivation of civil rights lawsuit.

Lauren Rice, sister, says,”It is our continued hope that ALL that read of the corruption, collusion and cronyism that exists in the family court system be exposed to the fullest extent….” A Mother’s Love: Caroline Marie Halonen-Rice Jailed for Protecting her Children- In Her Daughter’s Own Words- a Plea for Help, for Justice for Love

In an exclusive interview with journalist Michael Volpe of CDN News, Annelise Rice speaks out about her nightmarish childhood and recent Federal Civil Rights lawsuit against her Father, Hennepin and Carver Counties, along with Social Workers, Guardians at litem, and lawyers, seeking an excess of $240 Million in damages for deprivation of civil rights by tortuous intervention in a mother-child relationship and deprivation of rights under color of the law (Civil Action No. 17-cv-796 ADM/HB).

Fighting B.A.C.K. with Deborah (Goodman) Stacy: “I shouldn’t be tortured or punished for doing the right thing…”

Public Domain Image: http://www.magic4walls.com. Edited by Justice Blog.

That I couldn’t believe.. in essence they’re not letting you get divorced, all those years. And that bothered me because it’s almost like a violation of your civil rights. I have a right to get divorced. I have a right to move on with my life, how I chose to, and not be judged. I give 110% of myself to my children and I shouldn’t be tortured or punished for doing the right thing or for putting money away and making sure that I can provide for my children….why would they want to hurt children?” ~ Deborah (Goodman) Stacy commenting on the family court system in Rockland County

Listen Online: Fighting B.A.C.K. with Deborah (Goodman) Stacy – Screwed by Rockland Courts

Original Air Date: Monday, May 1, 2017

Tune in to “Fighting B.A.C.K.” with Sandra Grazzini-Rucki to hear the story of Deborah (Goodman) Stacy, a courageous mother of two children who has been fighting against injustice in the family court of Rockland County, New York for the last 7 years.

A temporary custody order was issued by Judge Berliner in 2010 but custody has never been finalized, the case continues to linger in the court system with Deborah and the children hanging in limbo. Deborah currently retains physical custody of the children but has not been officially granted any custodial rights (physical or legal custody). Andreas Lempa, ex husband, lives overseas and has no relationship with the children by his own choice”.

Topics discussed include: the outrageous and illegal actions of Judge Victor J. Alfieri Jr., misconduct by Family Law Guardians/Guardian ad Litem and retaliation against parents who raise complaints against family court and its judges, GALs and other professionals.

Judge Victor J. Alfieri, Jr.

UPDATE:

Journalist Michael Volpe just released an article about the Goodman case:

GOODMAN DIVORCE RULING ISSUED: HOUSEWIFE TOLD TO SPLIT ASSETS WITH EX-HUSBAND

Judge Berliner has recently issued an order in the Goodman case from a trial that happened over a year ago.

Deborah, a housewife, has been ordered to pay a $300,000 divorce settlement to be paid to ex-husband, Andreas Lempa.  Lempa earns a six figure income annually; he is ordered to pay child support but does not pay spousal support.

Deborah says Judge Berliner issued the settlement without considering all the facts, including that money now being considered as a marital asset is in fact part of her own savings, that existed before the divorce, making it a non-marital asset. .

In addition, Andreas admitted during a deposition that he moved money out of his own investment account before the hearing, giving it a low balance. The total balance of the investment account was not included in the equitable distribution of the divorce. even though he is clearly hiding assets.

A reader comments on the article that, “‘I think a more appropriate title would have been “Housewife told to split HER assets with ex husband, who was allowed to suppress his.‘”

Deborah believes the court ruling was issued to punish her for speaking out about the problems existing in the Rockland County family court.

Mayhem with U.S. Marshals: Sandra Grazzini-Rucki and Journalist Michael Volpe on T.S. Radio

Listen Online: Updates: Sandra Grazzini-Rucki & Mike Volpe then, Sharmian Worely

Original Air Date: Sunday, April 23rd

HOUR 1:

Join us this evening as Sandra Grazzini-Rucki and nationally known reporter and journalist, Mike Volpe, as they discuss the curious interference of federal marshals in the Rucki divorce case.

Sandra Grrazzini-Rucki is just one example of the notoriously infamous Dakota County, Minnesota legal system which appears to be joined at the hip with local law enforcement for purposes of harassing and intimidating some individuals unfortunate enough to come in contact with either of them.  The Rucki case is just one example of money and connections overriding the law.

At issue this evening is, the interference of federal marshals in a domestic divorce case.  Federal marshals are claimed to be an administrative officer of a U.S. judicial district who performs duties similar to those of a sheriff.  So how were their services secured against Sandra when the divorce is not a federal issue?

“The duties of the U.S. Marshals Service include protecting the federal judiciary, apprehending federal fugitives, managing and selling seized assets acquired by criminals through illegal activities, housing and transporting federal prisoners and operating the Witness Security Program.”

HOUR 2:

Sharmian Worely will be updating us on the attempt to compromise her legal standing by the courts.  Sharmian has been in a monumental battle for the protection of her mother from a known predator guardian/attorney.  Tune in to hear the latest updates in this story which highlights the egregious abuse of the system by a known predator who has made it clear that she controls the system and the courts no matter whom it harms.  Sharmian is refusing to back down in her efforts to protect her mother from the abuse of the system even as they attempt to use the system to compromise her efforts.

FIGHTING B.A.C.K. AIRING ON NEW DAY: Monday Evening

NEW TIME: 6-8 pm EST/ 5-7 pm Central on Future of Our Children Radio (BlogTalk)

ORIGINAL EPISODE AIR DATE: March 20, 2017

Sandra and guest, Tim Kinley discuss the family court system 360 degrees – from all angles! Topics include family court from a personal perspective, and from a political perspective. Discussion will include Tim’s experience in the family court system, as well as general topics concerning family law. He will also share his knowledge on the Grazzini-Rucki case.

Tim is a father who has been involved in family court litigation, and was the subject of an outrageous court ruling from Judge Gary Bastian that prohibited Kinley from teaching his children the Bible or other religious ideas because it “posed a safety risk“. The court ruling violated Tim’s Constitutional rights, and was not supported by findings or case law. After an agonizing 5 year battle, the Appeals Court overturned Judge Bastien’s order. By then, the damage had been done to his relationship with his children. Kinley was once a loving, involved father had now become estranged from his children, due circumstances out of his control and influenced by the failings of the Court.

Tim had survived being unjustly jailed, financially devastated, and his life turned upside down by the court… and became motivated to improve the family court system by offering education and awareness about court issues to the public, and to legislators. Tim also works for family law reform efforts, with an interest in judicial accountability.

Tim has also extensively researched and covered the #grazzinirucki case on several episodes of “Speechless” and previously conducted interviews with Sandra and her family law attorney, Michelle MacDonald.Tim shares insights on the Grazzini-Rucki case, and what he has observed when court watching.
